Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. The location is fantastic, putting you right in the heart of downtown with beautiful views. The staff was welcoming and attentive, which made my stay enjoyable. However, the room I stayed in had no windows to the outside, which felt a bit claustrophobic, and the shower pressure was quite low. Overall, it has charm and potential but some aspects could use improvement.
My stay at this hotel was almost perfect! The location is unbeatable, right across from the cathedral and the heart of the Zocalo. The room was spacious and very clean, though it lacked windows, which made it feel a bit stuffy. The service was standout; the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Dining was a highlight as well, especially with great cocktails at the rooftop bar. However, the shower pressure could use improvement as it was rather low. Overall, a great experience worth revisiting.
The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Puebla, which is fantastic for exploring historic sites. The newly renovated space is charming, and the personalized service I experienced was exceptional. However, I did encounter some issues with noise in my room, and the dining experience was not the best at times.
I had a lovely evening at the rooftop bar with stunning views of the Puebla Zocalo, great drinks, and live Mariachi music. However, my experience with the rooms wasn’t ideal as they lacked windows, which made them feel quite dingy. The service had its ups and downs, and the dining was disappointing, especially the coffee.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff at the front desk were excellent, making my late arrival easy, the rooms were a letdown due to the lack of windows. The location was fantastic, right across from the cathedral, making it easy to explore. However, the shower pressure was low and the coffee left much to be desired.
