I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. The location is fantastic, putting you right in the heart of downtown with beautiful views. The staff was welcoming and attentive, which made my stay enjoyable. However, the room I stayed in had no windows to the outside, which felt a bit claustrophobic, and the shower pressure was quite low. Overall, it has charm and potential but some aspects could use improvement.

The hotel itself has a lovely ambiance, yet still feels a bit dated in terms of facilities like the shower and room amenities.

My stay at this hotel was almost perfect! The location is unbeatable, right across from the cathedral and the heart of the Zocalo. The room was spacious and very clean, though it lacked windows, which made it feel a bit stuffy. The service was standout; the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Dining was a highlight as well, especially with great cocktails at the rooftop bar. However, the shower pressure could use improvement as it was rather low. Overall, a great experience worth revisiting.

However, my experience with the rooms wasn’t ideal as they lacked windows, which made them feel quite dingy.
